I was Roy Almquists friend. He was the pilot. He was a wonderful man. I miss him.

It’s lovely and amazing to think those flower were placed by Jack’s great grandson.
It was a profound day. And the gravity of it all was helped by dear 2 1/2 year old great-grandson deciding, after we decorated your Grandpa Jack’s grave, that we needed orange flowers…. from another gravesite. Off he went running as his Grandpa Howie gave chase. Tears gave way to laughter and I’m sure my dad was laughing hardest of all. Thanks Em.
